Jennifer comes to Unity with a degree in exercise science but more importantly an administrative background that used her organizational and marketing skills. Her leadership style is characterized by empowerment, responsibility, and trustworthiness, traits that have consistently added value to teams, systems, and companies. She thrives on the challenge of turning ideas into actionable plans and executing them with precision and creativity.
During her downtime, she's an avid hiker and biker, often found traversing trails or cruising on two wheels. Summers see her sharing her passion for fiber arts by teaching at a local camp.
