What is a pet Rainbow Bridge?
The pet Rainbow Bridge idea is inspired by the poem and writing of Edna Clyne-Rekhy and represents the idea that our pets are always with us in spirit.

"Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, your pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.

There is plenty of food, water, and sunshine, and friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who have been ill or old are restored to health and strength. They are happy and content, except for one small thing: they each miss someone very special to them who had to be left behind.

One day, your pet suddenly stops and looks into the distance, eyes shining and body quivering. They rush to you, and you embrace them in a joyous reunion. You and your pet cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never to be apart again.” - Edna Clyne-Rekhy.
