Group Facilitator: Laura Nelson.  Qigong (chee gong) is an ancient Chinese Energy Practice that clears your mind, body, and spirit to establish balance and wellness.  It is a series of slow, meditative movements that can be done standing or sitting and is suitable for all fitness levels. Meets 2nd and 4th Thursday's at 11:00 am in Unity's sanctuary.
